Rental Rates - Apartment O'Hara

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE DATES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AND I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL QUOTATION.  I WILL DO MY BEST TO OFFER YOU A COMPETITIVE PRICE

• A service charge (includes cleaning,  bedlinen, towels, heating, electricity etc.) of €250  is payable per stay
• A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 6 weeks prior to arrival.  If less than 6 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking.  Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner.  Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure.
• CHANGEOVER DAY - this is generally Saturday during the Winter Season.
