This was our first skiing Holiday en-famille, with children ranging from 16 to 4 years old,(We travelled with two other families who stayed in nearby hotels.) and the House greatly contributed to a most enjoyable Holiday. If I were to do it again tomorrow I would prefer this house to an Hotel. The House is immaculate and very comfortable. As per Brochure ,it is ideally situated ...ski lifts ... town centre....Restaurants & Bars....Train station....Leisure Centre...etc...If you have young Children there is a secure Garden, and if you have older teenagers 5-10 min walk to town and ski lifts. Across the road there is a "7-11" type outlet which is ideal for self catering....We had full week of Snow and some rain so laundry facilities were fantastic and took the pain out of getting into wet gear. All in all I would highly recommend
"Great house in an excellent location"
Our group consisted of 8 guys on our annual skiing trip. The arrangements were as agreed from the outset. The owner provided a very helpful information pack from which we were able to book taxi transfers from Salzburg Airport and book our ski hire prior to arrival. The house is very central - less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola station and an abundance of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The house itself is big, bright and spacious with every appliance provided. 3 large bedrooms, 2 wcs, open plan kitchen and dining area and a great lounge room with tv, dvd and some really cool bean bags - perfect for chilling out after a long day on the slopes. The basement has a washing machine and dryer - with clothes horses etc for drying clothes - (Pack light!!) The wifi connection is excellent (and free) and most importantly the house is really warm with underfloor heating! There is a handy garage for storing skis, boards etc also if you do not avail of the numerous lockers between the house and the gondola station. The house is very spacious - 8 grown guys and we had loads of room! Recommended!!

House O'Hara is very conveniently located near the centre of Zell am See. The House was clean, linens fresh and the kitchen was although basic sufficiently equipped for our needs. The wooden floors added a nice atmosphere. We stayed in the house with 7 persons and there is sufficient space in the house. Heating, hot and cold water services were great, never ran out of hot water. There is only one bathroom and a second toilet but we were able to manage this. The laundry area ( Washer and dryer) was very useful. If we would return to Zell am See we would gladly stay here again.

Great location an easy walk from the pedestrian heart of Zell and the main ski lift. Charming house with character and plenty of space for our large family of 6!

We (2A, 3C 10,11,14) stayed for 6 days in August. It is a very good holiday rental, clean, well-equipped and crucially well-located; the main bus terminus for adventures on the 2 main mountains, the City Express cable car for shorter adventures and the charming Lido are all less than 500 metres level walk from here. It was pricey by my very non-extravagant standards, but we could have shared with a second family (the house will easily accommodate 2 adult couples and 4 children who are OK to share a very large bedroom), and the cost per head would suddenly have been a lot more reasonable. Owner and his local agent were very efficient in all dealings
"Great stay in Zell am See"
We had a great time in Zell am See. House O'Hara was the perfect choice for us. Only approx 5 minutes walk to the City Xpress lift and close to the town centre it was a great location. The house had all that one would need, including wireless, DVD player etc. Ideal for a group of friends or family who want a central base for skiing or summer activities. If we go back to Zell I will definitely book again
"Super location"
We stayed in this property in February 2012 for a ski holiday. The location is great for access to ski lift, local shops and restaurants. We had our friends family with us and again the size of the house was perfect for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The house is clean and well maintained with wifi access! The lake is a short walk away and this would be great in summer. We were given excellent tips regarding use of ski hire shops and ski lessons for kids by the property owners. All in all we had a super and stress free ski holiday in this excellent property.

Very comfortable house ( suitable for 2 families) in a silent street, not far from city express, shops and city center. Zell am See is a great old beautiful town, Schmitten ( max is 2000 m) is good for families with children, though it's very good transport net to go to Kaprun where you could ski down the Top of Salzburg( 3029 m). We want to come back

Luxury Christmas in Zell am See
We celebrated Christmas in the O'Haras beautiful house in Zell am See and we can highly recommend it. The house was just perfect both for our three children and their grandparents for a weeks holiday in the snow. Lots of space for 7 persons and very nicely furnished with a personal touch and a quality you will rarely find even in high end holiday apartments. We all profited from the perfect location in the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from the ski lifts. Zell am See is a beautiful place with excellent opportunities for all kinds of leisure activities.

Wonderful Summer Week in Zell am See
Cannot praise this property enough!!! The house has everything and more than anyone can expect in a rental property. Clean, organised, bright and easy. My teenagers were happy with the big TV and wifi. My husband was happy never having to search for a parking spot. Being sports enthusiasts the washer and dryer were a life saver. The convenient location was great. Just a quick walk to the lake or into town. Zell am See is a very easy town with all services, and a starting point to activities in the mountains or on the lake. The communications with the owners was easy, and they worked with us on anything we needed with fast responses. They even provided a detailed booklet with all the information we needed. We celebrated our 21 wedding anniversary at nearby Schloss Prielau. Amazing service and wonderful and creative food. Service was great all over Zell am See. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in Zell am See. Do not even hesitate for a minute!

Perfect Holiday House in Zell am Zee
A perfect holiday house to rent - plenty of space and character, and comfortable for a large family. The location is fantastic - a very short walk to the lake, and also to supermarket, ice rink and ski lifts.
There are lovely activities for all ages of children - particular hits were summer tobogganing at Saalfelden, the adventure trail high on the mountain above Zell, and the lido by the lake. A walk on the glacier by Grossglockner was an unforgettable experience (as was the drive to get there).

Visit Easter 2011to Zell am See
Our visit to the house in Zell was excellent. The house was well positioned in a quiet road two minutes from the lake side and childrens summer park and two minutes from the main shopping area and restaurants. The house matched up to the description and was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. It is a really good size for a family of four as we were but equally is roomy enough for more people. Zell is a lovely place - very pretty and has reasonable restaurants. Customer service was fine - all worked as planned and communication was good. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this property to future holiday makers.
